Drop off and pick up

We will speak to you to ask for your outbound and return flight numbers and times and will then suggest the best time to pick you up to ensure that you have a stress free journey to the airport / port.

We are very familiar with all of the major airports and will drop you off as close as we can to the departures area

On pick up we will monitor your flight to ensure that we are there to meet you when you exit the arrivals area or at an agreed designated meeting area. Please look out for the Luxury Airport Cars name board with your name

Our cars and drivers

All of our cars are certified and licences for private hire transport and fully insured including public liability insurance.

Our drivers are also fully certified and approved transfer drivers. Please feel free to ask to see the drivers identification if required.

Payment

We will request for payment on the date of your journey. For advance bookings over three months in the future,  and that are over £200 we will require a 25% deposit to be paid at the time of booking.

Preferred payment is via debit or credit card which can be taken by the driver on the day. We use the iZettle platform for all payments.

Typically we need details like:
Your      Name and Address so that we know who we are picking up and where we are      picking you up from or taking you to. 
Your      contact details such as your Phone Number and Email will also be required      so that we can make contact with you in regards to your booking

If you need special help or consideration, we may also need information about your health or social circumstances. We’ll only collect this sort of information where you let us know that we need to make provisions to meet your special transfer needs in providing you with our services.
We only collect information about you that we need to ensure you get the best service from us. We respect your privacy, and we will never send you unsolicited messages or offers. Once a booking is complete all booking details are securely archived.

We prefer to collect the information we need directly from you. That way, you know what we have, and we can be sure you’ve provided us with the most accurate and up-to-date information. We will usually do this:

We appreciate that you have provided your information to us and may not want us to share it with other people or organisations. We ensure that your information will only every be passed to your driver or to the local authority or Police for legal reasons or in line with a court order

We think it likely that our customers know we use information about them, and we provide notices of such wherever we can.

Your rights

You have the right to see all the personal information we hold about you. We’ll handle routine enquiries as part of our usual customer service. We charge a £10 fee for each request (as we are allowed to by law).
Once we receive your written request, any clarifications, identification, and £10 payment we respond as soon as we can within forty calendar days.
You have the right to stop us causing you ‘damage or distress’
Unless you have consented to us using your information, or have a contract with us, or we are acting to comply with a legal obligation or in a life or death situation, you can object to us using your personal information in a way that causes you ‘substantial and unwarranted damage or distress’.
Damage means that we will use or have used your information in a way that caused you some loss or harm which we shouldn’t have.
